Our old mini split finally gave out. Christian came to consult with us and went through all of our options with us. He painstakingly researched the right product that would work with the existing copper and electrical. Hilariously bad experience. Made an appointment in the offseason for yearly service. New house and completely functional unit (2nd summer, central air, no issues). The appointment is made for 3 weeks later. Take a PTO day at work for service. Day arrives, text at 8:30 am stating their tech is sick, theyll reach back out to reschedule. Of courseeee they don't! They do my annual furnace maintenance. Luke is well qualified to do this job and I highly recommend you have him do yours. Prices are fair for the high quality and very thorough work he does. The office staff is efficient and nice, and you get notified of everything including the combustion efficiency and related furnace stats. Again, highly recommend Perfect Comfort.

There was an emergency clog in the basement and thankfully the company was able to come out after hours ($340 just to come out) and snake from the basement clean out line ($880). The main line was back pitched and that’s why it clogged. Total cost $1200+. I had to snake out again myself and pitch the line properly and found hard materials in the line. Likely hardened in the line overtime. This is a personal opinion review and I don’t think $1200 justifies the work performed.

Focus mostly on new constructions and renovations, this 13+ year old plumbing heating and air conditioning company provides excellent honest service. No job is too small or too large. They service both residential and commercial applications in the Orange County NY & Hudson Valley, NY markets. They are also fully insured.
