We needed new carpeting to replace what we had for over ten years. Within 7 days we had visited the store, the installer came over to measure, they ordered the carpet and had it fully installed. I found them to be very fair with pricing and extremely good at installing the carpet. thank you!
I can't speak for Matt's complaint about Perfect Floors but I have nothing but good things to say about Ron (or RON) and the way they handle my order. I was referred by a few of my neighbors to go to Perfect Floors after I told them I wanted to get new carpet in my great room, bedrooms and stairs. I had been to Lowe's where the service was spotty at best but I did see a carpet I like'd. Ron was able to get me that carpet I saw and ended up saving me a little money.
