Perfect Pools responded to my call for help after a storm caused two large pine trees to fall onto my inground pool last spring. Unlike several other pool companies I called (including the company that had been servicing my pool) Perfect Pools answered my email immediately and were out here the very next day to assess the damage. Gary and his entire crew were able to exceed every expectation we had for our entire project. From the initial phone call to final turnover and everything in between, the team at Perfect Pools was phenomenal. They were able to adjust as needed during the build when we had a new idea, and did not add on any of the ridiculous change fees normally associated with a mid Construction change. Working with Perfect Pools has been an awesome experience! We couldn’t believe how fast the project went and the high level of interaction we had with the ownership team. We enjoyed working with the whole project team from the design phase to pool maintenance. The communication throughout the project was superior and we always felt like we had a way to discuss any questions we had.
