Perfect Pools took over my 22’x50’ in-ground pool project after my initial pool builder broke our contract and refused to finish the project. Perfect Pools inherited a mess of a project - poor quality worksmanship including a leak in the structure and took the project on in stride. Gary and his entire crew were able to exceed every expectation we had for our entire project. From the initial phone call to final turnover and everything in between, the team at Perfect Pools was phenomenal. They were able to adjust as needed during the build when we had a new idea, and did not add on any of the ridiculous change fees normally associated with a mid Construction change. Working with Perfect Pools has been an awesome experience! We couldn’t believe how fast the project went and the high level of interaction we had with the ownership team. We enjoyed working with the whole project team from the design phase to pool maintenance. The communication throughout the project was superior and we always felt like we had a way to discuss any questions we had.
