Ten out of ten, I will never hire anyone else! He was completely professional, he explained things to me at a level that I could understand, but also let me ask as many questions as I wanted to. He was very safe with everything that he was doing. He gave me options. My central air stopped working Perfect Temp sent out Jay. He was on time, very professional and took the time to explain what was wrong and offered options to keep my unit running properly. I was so anxious and overwhelmed. But he didn’t leave until his was able to make sure I had he didn’t leave without me having air. And being aware of all my financing options. This was a good company to work with. We have been in our house 2 years and our AC just went out a couple weeks ago. Our AC is 20 years old and the repairman got it working. It was. 95° day and he was able to repair the issue. I would recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Jay was wonderful. Very kind. Very helpful. He explained what was going to happen. He took his time and checked everything over. He was honest with what he found and what he thought was happening. He also gave us maintenance advice to keep things running well, for as long as they can. He was very clearly proud of the company that he works for as well. Which speaks volumes.
