Had a very good experience with this company with removal and install of both these units . My heat pump was a great upgrade was to be an AC unit but was out of stock during install . Very happy altogether. Had them out 2-3 times after install for system errors but everything seemed fine , problem was or seemed to be having vents cleaned the filter was needing changed that has been resolved.

Dispatch was excellent. Service tech was knowledgeable. I however have a problem with their invoicing. The invoice isn't broken down. I got 2 options and I had to choose an option before he would fix the furnace. And both options included a one year VIP service plan which is nothing more than being a priority service client if service is needed in the future for $99. Easy way to make free money. Was moving to a new home and my house and heat was not working while moving. Thankfully, it was not freezing out, but called Perfect Temp to help and they were out within 2 hours and it was not even considered an emergency call. Highly recommend, great prices as my furnace just needed a tune up and maintenance check.

I would definitely recommend Perfect Temp Heating & Cooling. I knew I was looking at a possible replacement on AC unit but found out more about our furnace and how bad the system was. I got a truly professional diagnostic of what was wrong with the current furnace and what could be done.
