Last week, during the brutal cold, our furnace went out and Perfect Time Heating & Cooling truly came through for us. Jay was the first technician to arrive, and he was fantastic — super friendly, very informative, and completely honest about what we were dealing with. I really don't think I can express how great this experience was. We originally needed our furnace to be fixed -- Braden and Jorge were great. So friendly and professional. They really tried everything to get this very, very old furnace to work. It was just going to cost us too much for such an old unit. We decided to get a new furnace instead. Great service! Braden is a good guy. He provided quick service and professional advice. He’s also a cut up and definitely a keeper! Seriously, we appreciate how friendly everyone is and the affordability of the work. We had our furnace serviced for the season and had a lot of related questions which Braden patiently and expertly addressed. We are glad we found Perfect Temp. We will use them in the future and recommend them for HVAC work in the Candlewick area.

Jay came out and did an excellent job of putting in a condensate pump that I needed. He thoroughly explained everything that was being done and what I needed to do to maintain my unit. I am very pleased and satisfied with the professionalism, and DEFINITELY will be using this company again.

So my heat went out on Thursday. I had Jay a technician here early on Friday. He recommended a few things to get me up and running. But with my system being so old it seemed a better option to just replace it. So with in a few hours Project Manager Chris was out with 3 options for a new heating system. Once I was able to settle on one he went above and beyond to help out this disabled veteran get financed for the new system. So Monday my new system will be installed.
