Braden and Chris were fantastic. They explained everything perfectly and easy to understand. They showed vast knowledge of industry standards. The best part of the whole process is the fact that they backed up what they were telling us with actual data. It made our decisions easy because we knew the data behind what we needed. I had Perfect Temp Heating and Cooling out to fix my current duct work on my house. They had discovered a high static pressure issue which was the cause of a lot of extra wear and tear on my system and the cause for my AC coil to keep freezing over. The crew was extremely professional and they were able to take care of my static pressure issue. I would recommend Perfect Temp Heating and Cooling to everyone for their professionalism and how thorough they are.

Had a very good experience with this company with removal and install of both these units . My heat pump was a great upgrade was to be an AC unit but was out of stock during install . Very happy altogether. Had them out 2-3 times after install for system errors but everything seemed fine , problem was or seemed to be having vents cleaned the filter was needing changed that has been resolved.

Dispatch was excellent. Service tech was knowledgeable. I however have a problem with their invoicing. The invoice isn't broken down. I got 2 options and I had to choose an option before he would fix the furnace. And both options included a one year VIP service plan which is nothing more than being a priority service client if service is needed in the future for $99. Easy way to make free money.
