The lot is extremely tight to drop an empty trailer. Eventually I was able to find a spot that had a 40 ft container on my right side which gave me some room. I asked the shunter what’s the best approach to back in, he told me you need to set yourself up in the middle of the yard rather being too close to the left. After you drop off the empty, bobtail around where you came from and park in the designated spot and walk into the office to get your BOL.
Staff here are lazy and rude. Called in and they just hang up on you, called them back and they just hang up again Went to check in they sit on their phone and talk to each other and act like they don't even see you. This place needs to hire better employees
I couldn’t understand what they were saying during check-in. The loud noise and terrible speakers—like something from the 80s—made me leave without picking up the load and trailer. I won’t be accepting any loads from this facility again.
Drop Trailer long wait to be loaded…. Checking in to see if your trailer is ready and on one’s here, says that they working lolz
Loading is fast, but the people in the office and the people who make the manifest work very slowly.
