Not sure how Vicky is still working there with such approach/attitude towards her job and the drivers. Got there about 40 min before closing, no trucks besides mine, bunch of open docks, over 6 guys (staff) hanging around, chatting. She said not today, come back tomorrow. Shipper took 15 min to load me though... she had bunch of guys who would unload my trailer in no time, but her call was to not get me unloaded. so, those guys just waited 40 minutes chilling, before they clocked out. simply rude.
Gr8 place to pickup because they load you quick...if you're picking up ATV'S they require 2 ratchet straps per each make sure have them. They sell them also @10 each cash only. Good luck
Omg they are slow to load 4 units! I think it depends on who you know or something or maybe the broker. Who knows but don't pull out of here for XPO. The broker I booked with was rude as hell!
Great place to pick up a load, people very friendly, got in a dock much earlier than my appointment time and loaded in 30 minutes, easy check in and out process, though I felt like I was signing my life away, just kidding, overall a great experience
Little slow on check in..no one gets in a hurry! Unloading went much better.
