I came on Saturday to pick up a loaded trailer and leave my empty trailer, but the security guard named Hellor did not want to help and he had a problem with English. Since my loaded trailer was inside and the documents were inside the trailer. But he repeated like a robot that he did not have any documents for me to send. Idk nothing about this company but what I do know is that some of the truck drives need to pay better attention when leaving the parking lot,two of them almost ran me over like really close

Dropped an empty on a Saturday morning. Security was asleep, the gate was close. I walked on to see, and she came out yelling all rude. When I picked up. Same thing. Security was busy holding line on the street and came all rude. But in and out proccess is not that bad

Don't come to pick up loads here. They will literally have you waiting for 4+ hours. They don't respect drivers time. Have 6.5 hrs here and still waiting. They keep telling me lies. First they said 3 hrs to get loaded; waited and went back to ask and then they said 1 hr; waited went back after the hr and then they said 3 hrs more. Horrible place, will never come back.

Hello trucker 10 hours easy if LIVE load . They said 4 To 6 hours but all the time 10hours east.
