I’ve been seeing Perma once a week for about 3 months now for Ketamine therapy. Not only are the staff like absolutely awesome, and the practitioners really pleasant and knowledgeable, but the therapy itself has been life changing for me and my mental health and i’m so glad i took the leap, and i’m so glad Perma has been the greatest clinic to provide this service in the area.
The receptionist gave me an address that couldn't be found. Could have given more details so I wouldn't have been late. Part way through my appointment for an eval with an impatient professional, we had to switch gears, because he hadn't bothered to know ahead of time why I was there, and became more impatient, because he again didn't bother to explain at the beginning that the evaluation required short answers. Great experience with Tauna and the whole team. Never had a problem with billing or other logistics with my appointments. I really appreciate Tauna’s knowledge of various medications and her proactiveness to change things up when they weren’t quite working for me. Thank you so much!
