I have experienced a wonderful staff. Brad is kind, considerate, and helpful. Kelsey is an absolute doll. She knows her job. She answers questions with confidence. She is very professional as well as personable. I was running out of hope I would find treatment that would help me. I am feeling hopeful, happy, and energetic again. Things I haven't felt in years. The help I have received from Dr. Brad has been life changing. I can’t thank him enough for all he has done for not only me, but my son as well. If you are needing someone to help he’s the one to call.

The office staff is really friendly and appointments were able to be scheduled so my son and I could be seen on the same day. Those are my only reasons for 2 stars. We only ever had two visits because the charges for office visits are ridiculous and since I hadn't met my deductible yet, I was responsible for the cost. I didn't not find out how expensive the visits were until our second appointment. Never have I ever experienced such high prices with a mental health provider. Office staff nice and has great customer service. My big complaint is I'm in great need of help so it would be great to get someone to answer the phone one time. I've called there 3 times the only call back or my emails answered was to scheduling. One of the office ladies told me that I need to be patient and know that she's the only one to do call backs.. never heard from them. I went to my appointment told my doctor and he apologized for it not his fault. I'm sorry you guys have a huge client load. but my mental state need... read more

Tracy Weil here, I had an amazing experience with Brad Greaves, he listens well, I felt like I was able to trust him. He figured out exactly what I needed, he nailed it! 😂 He answered all my questions. Tears of joy, I came in with an understanding, and open mind that it may take time to figure out the correct meds for myself, but in the end it was worth the wait. He made me feel like a priority, he may just be a life save! 😆 I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a trusted , intelligent physiatrist.
