Lisa Miller is amazing. She is very kind, compassionate and an expert in mental health. She helped me through some really difficult issues that have taken me years to find someone to help with. The admin/office is run terribly! There is no direct way to contact the Pocatello office. You are placed on hold with others calling offices in different cities, which has been upwards of an hour! I give a huge shout out to Tyson Flower, he is very sincere, knowledgeable, and quick to offer several solutions and pathways for better health/results. The Nurse April at the Franklin office is honestly one of my most favorite people! She cares beyond what she probably should! It's hard caring all the time! We all know that! She excels at her job and in compassion towards her patients. I would recommend Perma to my closet friends and family!
My doctor is amazing. She really listens and no matter what it takes, she has helped and accomplished any obstacles from medications, insurance coverage of meds, even reaching out to drug companies to get assistance for medication coupons or even getting the costs completely waived. She also remembers what’s going on with me when we have an appointment. So I feel important to her. But the most unbelievable thing is she checks on me between appointments.
