Perma is truly the best! Their owner, Dan, project manager, Neal, and all of their subcontractors are amazing—professional, reliable, and great to work with. We were left stranded by another pool company halfway through our project, and Perma stepped in and got everything finished quickly and beautifully. We absolutely love the results and only wish we had chosen them from the start. Highly recommend—10/10 experience!
Currently having a pool installed with Perma and having an awful experience. It has been over double the time we were told it would take and still have no pool to show for it. Absolutely terrible communication, sloppy work, broken neighbors sprinkler systems, left our yard a disaster for over 2 months. They have screwed up our permitting with the city and continue to blame them without taking accountability for their original mistake. Whatever you do, do not choose Perma for your pool job.
RecommendedI can tell you that as a neighbor living across the street and 2 doors down from one of their installations, they are terrible. Dan, the owner is rude and aggressive when asked to clean up big messes they made by knocking off multiple tree branches. He has no consideration for neighboring yards and he is very disrespectful.
Our pool liner has been wrinkled since installation in 2022. I can’t seem to get this addressed by anyone! Very disappointed with their customer service. Thrilled with Paul’s promptness with our pool cover…. But at a lost with the liner!
