My apartment currently has a rat infestation, and my apartment landlord is not taking it seriously and FINALLY set up for pest control to come. Permatreat came and was told they would be treating mice, but luckily they are so amazing that they helped us not only with the rats, but what we should do going forward. Thank you so much to Gregory, he truly out did himself today, going above and beyond to help us! PermaTreat Pest Control, is a such a wonderful company to deal with. Everything from treating the occasional invaders, to crawlspace work. The employees at the Ashland branch are such a delight to work with.

Everything! They LIE about timeline, materials they are going to use, didn't let under the house dry out so now my hardwood floors have gaps and turning dark, told me they were finished about 8 times, even the first day!

We have had several commercial accounts with PermaTreat Pest Control for several years, but our experience has taken a nosedive in the past two years. We are puzzled by the sudden decline in service and response times. We have made numerous calls requesting assistance with what we believe to be termites or carpenter ants, but we have received no response. Neighbor had crawlspace encapsulated by Ashland Permatreat and I was interested in having the same thing done to my house. I peeked under their crawl space and it didn't look like a good job. When I conveyed my concerns to the older lady who owned the house she was unable to get down to look under the house. So she called another Permatreat to come inspect the crawlspace and give her a second opinion. SCAM COMPANY. Unresponsive customer service. I give one star only because there is no option for zero stars. I paid PermaTreat $3,549 to rid my house of termites. They gave me the runaround, did not return calls when promised, sent multiple people to "inspect" but do nothing, tried to sell additional unnecessary and unrelated services, and did everything except get rid of the termites. Took off all morning to wait for an inspection and quote and no one ever showed up to my house. I was told someone would show up between 10am -Noon. I called at noon and the main office told me that the tech would call me (he never did). i called back at 1:40pm and the tech was still MIA. My business is going elsewhere.
