I cannot say enough good things about Emilio and his team. They did an amazing job on the entire house painting. I couldn’t believe how fast they worked while still having top quality work. They were so easy to work with! Emilio was so communicative and there were no surprises. 5 stars and would without a doubt work with them again soon to replace an entire back door

Emilio was great to work with. He gave me details of the work involved and they did not disappoint. They arrived on time and did not mess around and completed everything in good time. They even did some last minute work that I had asked for. They were clean working and cleaned when completed. My floors are still looking great and I am going to speak with him about doing more work for me.

Emilio, Augustin, and company are worth 5 stars (or more)! Their tiling work, efficiency, and overall quality are all anyone could want in a remodeling company. We have used them 4 times for various projects, large and small, and we have never been disappointed. We are so glad to have found such a reputable company. Perpetual did a great job installing our laminate flooring and baseboards. It was not an easy job, and they gave us a competitive bid and did quality work. The job took longer than expected, but they were good at communicating about it and got it done right. They had to do tile demo and quite a bit of leveling first, and they also replaced two yucky old door thresholds along with the install which made the finished product much nicer.
