When looking for flooring, we were first helped at Perry's by Marc and he helped us pick out flooring we loved and he was great to work with. But he went on PTO right after and we didn't get good customer service after that so got 5 other quotes and settled on another installer. Perry's quote was comparable with all the others. We visited both Upland locations of Perry Floors in Sept. 2025. We made our purchase at the 9th Street showroom. We were lucky to have met Diane Lopez. Diane is wonderful! She was friendly and professional from the start. She knew the products extremely well. We ended up purchasing luxury vinyl flooring. We liked this business from the moment we stepped foot in the door. Marc was super helpful from the get go and VERY honest. We literally felt like we were talking to family, which come to find out, this is a family-owned business. I was able to meet one of the owner's (I believe they are brothers) and he was so kind and VERY helpful as well. Perry Floors are amazing. The installers showed up everyday timely, professionally and worked hard to finish the job. Brian did follow ups, as did Diane. My floors turned out absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend them. And definitely will use them again in the future. Thank you Perry Floors!
After a water leak we visited Perry Floors after searching for what we wanted. Angie and Brian were amazing. They assured us they could take care of all my worries. AND THEY DID. we have beautiful Luxury vinyl and baseboards through the entire house. The installers were very professional, moved everything, pointed out any problem areas, offered solutions and cleaned up their mess daily.
