We brought our 9 week-old Jack Russell puppy in for his very first check-up, and we couldnāt be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, gentle, and clearly experienced with puppies. They took time to let our pup sniff around and get comfortable before starting anything. The veterinarian was incredibly kind and patient, explaining everything in simple terms and answering all of our (many!) questions. This was my first experience at Perry Hall Animal Hospital, and I couldnāt be happier. From the moment I made the appointment, to walking in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. Our veterinarian, Dr. K, took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure my pet felt comfortable throughout the visit. When I moved to the area 7 years ago it also required finding new doctors. A neighbor recommended Perry Hall. Smokey, our family cat, has received excellent care from the Vet. The staff from the front desk to the assistants are friendly and helpful.Ā
I had to put my 14-year-old dog, Prince, to sleep, and Dr. Breidenbaugh and the staff at Perry Hall Animal Hospital were incredibly compassionate. They created a peaceful space, gave us time, and treated Prince with such care. Iām deeply grateful for their kindness during such a difficult moment.Ā
