Poor craftsman ship, poor customer service , and people skills overall will never use Perry homes again . Let's start while building the home had to point out the window was I. The wrong location (In the closet not the bedroom ) construction manager didn't notice . 2x4 not level on the wall so sheet rock has a crease in it in a lot of areas project manager just had them spray extra texture on the wall to cover it up now wall has more texture than the other walls . We really enjoyed the process of purchasing our new home with Perry Homes. During the process, we notice all of Perry's standard options are considered as up grades with other builders. Lupe, the sales agent was very helpful and informative. He was willing to work with us and became an extended member of our family.
We're so fortunate to have Lupe Hernandez as our Sales Consultant for Perry Homes at Amira. As a first time home buyer, we had many questions and we still do but Lupe always made time to answer each question. He's a down to earth guy and makes an effort to help in any way that he can. Our closing date is coming soon and we hope that everything will turn out as planned.
