Very disappointed in the overall build quality and workmanship. Multiple issues came up shortly after move-in that shouldn’t happen in a new home. The materials feel cheap, and the warranty process has been frustrating and slow. For the price paid, we expected much better.
In January 21, 2021 our realtor, Maureen Tadesco took us to Cambridge Crossing to see the new homes being built. Although it was a bit far out, we absolutely fell in love with the community. Our sales associate, Fey Maloch was very helpful, kind and really truly took the time to help us pick the house that suited us best. Is there a word stronger than Amazing?! We are a new customer to both Perry and the DFW market and our experience with the project team has been stellar. Our family could not have made such a big life decision without Tom Miles, our sales associate, specifically. From start to finish he has stood by our side - going out of his way for us and doing more than expected. We purchased our home in this community in Dec 2020. Our home purchase process was smooth and absolutely seamless. The sales rep for this community, Fey Maloch, is beyond amazing! She made sure each step of the sales process was without hiccup and has been available to assist with questions we have had since closing as well.The community itself is coming together beautifully and we consider ourself very lucky to have found this gem!
I am not one to write reviews, good or bad... but I would like to share my experience with Perry Homes and especially my experience with Tom Miles, the Sales Professional and Randy Tapia the Project Manager.
