My husband and I are first time home buyers. After hearing wonderful things from various people we trusted about Perry Homes, we stopped in the CCW model. George made the entire process very easy and they’ve been transparent about everything. We haven’t officially closed yet, as the home is still under construction, but thus far we’d highly recommend working with them!
Beautiful model home. I Walked into a very nice, well laid out model home. The new home sales lady was very knowledgeable, nice and easy to talk too. Not high pressure, like some builders, but respectful, carried herself like a professional shld, when selling beautiful homes from a top builder like Perry.
