Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with the construction team at Perry Homes. Irresponsible management team, lack of supervision to subcontractors caused us terrible damage. This is the 6th time the internet cable is damaged by construction teams and no one takes responsibility. If I would have known the construction team would be as irresponsible with the new home owners, i would have never purchased from Perry Homes.
The Construction team at Perry Homes is beyond irresponsible with the new owners. While the construction is still going on no one is supervising contractors and they keep damaging internet and gas lines in the existing houses. For the past few months I was left without internet over 6 times due to contractors accidentally ripping off the cable. The Project Managers are never at the site and claiming to not be responsible for anything. Very unpleasant experience.
Chris has been awesome to work with. He provided an great experience for myself and my client. Definitely made the process easy and stress free.

Mr. Chris Ibezim was a phenomenal rep. He made us feel as if we were his only clients. He would call us to see if we had any questions about the process instead of waiting on our phone calls. Mr. Ibezim made us feel like family. I had a superb experience with him.
