Easy buying experience. They build a quality home. There was hardly any issues while building if so it was taken care and told about it. From sales to finance and construction these folks handled their business.
Elizabeth Jacobson was super helpful. We are pleased with our choices and hope our house comes out great.
Had an awesome time at the design center with Michelle. She was helpful and she was positive as well as efficient. This was my first house so I was very clueless. I did not feel rushed and I felt like Michelle was giving my wife and I good insight regarding being budget friendly.
I only put a 5 star because the consultant did a good job. But am so disappointed in Perry home because they have terrible standard options every for the pricey homes. I cannot imagine an 800k+ home with terrible standard fixtures. They have only 3 standard island and they are the worst of colors but they have more options for bathroom
