Allison Mermigas at Perry Homes Marvida is amazing, her customer service and follow-up is awesome. Working with her has made moving into my new home and addressing warranty issues has been great. I appreciated her following up and addressing any issues I have, I didn’t have heat on Tuesday I contacted her she jumped into action made some calls and got my heat working . Thank you Allison
Alyssa Lamas at Marvida was amazing! Definitely the best customer service out of all the new home reps we visited, she went out of her way to show us homes and get us the best deal she could. We saw homes from 3 different communities in 2 different cities and must have interacted with 15 + sales reps and she was hands down the best. Her homes are also some of the best quality homes in Marvida. If your looking for a good deal for a quality product in Marvida definitely ask for Alyssa Lamas at Perry
