Allison Mermigas at Perry Homes Marvida is amazing, her customer service and follow-up is awesome. Working with her has made moving into my new home and addressing warranty issues has been great. Alyssa Lamas at Marvida was amazing! Definitely the best customer service out of all the new home reps we visited, she went out of her way to show us homes and get us the best deal she could. We saw homes from 3 different communities in 2 different cities and must have interacted with 15 + sales reps and she was hands down the best.
