I cannot say enough positive things about Perry Homes. As a full time Real Estate Agent, I have worked with A LOT of builders. The one builder that has consistently, repeatedly delivered an outstanding product and experience has been Perry Homes. The sales professionals were always present, Knowledgeable, and efficient. My family was able to view several homes and was educated on the homebuying process. I love this community not only for the amazing features inside the home, but also for the sales reps that treat you with respect and patience. I had quite a load of questions, and they took the time to answer every single one.

I don’t normally like to write a review but I feel I need to share my experience with Perry Homes. I had been looking for my last home and made the decision to go with Perry Homes. I can not say enough about the people. My sales counselor Michael Irvin has been by my side from the beginning. He directed me to Kelly the Loan counselor. My credit was not the best and they worked with me every step of the way.
