I cannot be more blessed to have Lacey Houston as a positive figure in purchasing a home from Perry. He was very nice calm and sociable. The house sold itself. Im thankful that he was there to guide me. I could not make fast decisions. He was also very patient. My realtor worked well with him. I am very grateful for all that he has recommended.

The model homes at Perry Homes Meridiana are elegantly designed, open floor plan, tons of natural light, and had nice finishes. Alejandro Carbonell helped me while I was there, and he was very professional and provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable of the various materials that were used in the homes along with the different floor plans and completion dates. I would recommend anybody to buy a Perry Home and to work with Alejandro.
