Forget about after sales and care. Landscaping is not great at all compared to other builders in this area. Consider other developers who have got centralized pesticides under construction.... There are many gaps in chalking which is not covered in warranty. Continued experience...after staying here for 11 months see cracks in floor tile, windows...even worse is warranty claims are denied stating these damages are made by us. If you are planning to go for this builder inventory homes...think twice.
Recently my husband and I had the pleasure of touring one of your homes. At the time we had not decided on a definite location to buy, but after meeting with Mr. Blake Lundry and looking at one of your homes, we are convinced a Perry Home is definitely for us. He was very personable and professional, and also helpful in pointing out all the features of the home. Some things we would not have thought to look for. Too bad he wouldn't be our neighbor! Really a nice guy who knows his business and seems to enjoy it.
I’ve had at least 6 homes built including one custom. One thing that I’ve learned is that no new home is perfect. There are always some issues that come up. Although my Perry Home still has at least 8 weeks to go, I can honestly say the experience so far has been excellent.
