This is my first time building and I let my designer know that I know nothing about designing and if I was trying to pick something out that would look weird to please let me know and give me better suggestions. She was very quiet, never gave me suggestions or told me anything would look bad. Nikki was our design consultant. Her professionalism went above and beyond with answering all of our questions. Stuck with us through the whole session without leaving us, and gave her options/input that suited our needs. We closed our home on 12/20/21. Our original target was in August of 21 but we were not in a rush as we were reasonably comfortable in our previous home. Perry homes rushed us to close before the year end. Ultimately what was delivered was an unfinished lemon of a house. It is 5/17/22 and we have had Perry homes and their sub par sub contractors in our home multiple times a week every week. Perry homes are good quality in general but the customer services has been too poor. Rick Shumake was the person who sold the house to us. But there is an incredible issue with the deadlines they are suggesting. The gave us weekly update and certain dates to close up but this has changed so many times. This is not good for a professional company like Perry. This destroyed the trust and commitments.
