We had the most amazing experience with Perry Homes. My wife and I walked into Perry Homes and Minh was the only one at the office at the time. He greeted us with respect and asked us how we're doing and what are we looking for and so on. We've been to many builders and the outcome were not what we wanted and we finally land on Perry Homes. It is a nice and friendly community. However, The construction site of Perry home is totally mess. They did not care of other residents. I did file complain , three weeks ago, to the sales and hope they can improve it, at least fix the fence. The falling down fence also become the new entrance to the construction site, they went in and went out through my front yard and the grass of these area are dying . However, there is nothing change. Perry Homes is an experience. From viewing to when you close and after you move in, they’re with you every step of the way. Throughly enjoyed working with Minh, Robert and Jay all through the process and post move-in. It’s been top customer service and care from them. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a home in the area to talk to Perry Homes!
This is a new community of new construction homes in the Rosenberg area. Parry homes specializes is well-constructed single-story and two-story homes with an open layout, high ceilings and stunning entryway. I have worked with sales counselor Tom Hochradel for a number of years and plan to continue as long as we are both in the business.
