I've looked at many homes from many builders and Perry ranks among the best. Ericka was great to work with during the sale, and the construction team folks have been helpful, great to interact with and super helpful. Any questions or concerns I've had have been addressed quickly. I love my home and definitely recommend Perry and all the folks!
I bought a new house last year in December with Perry Homes and Ericka and the entire team made the process so seamless. I wanted to be in before the holidays and they made it happen. We closed in 20 days using their lender. It was amazing! Since then, I have never been happier with a house. I love everything about my house and if there is anything that needs to be looked at, the construction team is here within hours and they go above and beyond. Perry has really made homebuying a fabulous experience!!!
Perry Homes in Trinity Falls is a fantastic builder and continues to fulfill their commitment to our community. We had been in our home 2 1/2 years when we noticed a leak that was coming into our home and doing some damage. I contacted Perry through our warranty and Jesse Webb was assigned to be our construction manager throughout the process. Both personally and professionally I have worked with several builders in the North Texas area. We built our personal home with Perry and could not be happier with the whole process. Christy in the office was extremely helpful. The building team, Randy, Rafael and Jesse were amazing.
