First of all, Brandi is amazing! She is so extremely knowledgeable about Perry’s building process & the Ventana neighborhood. I bought a Perry Homes in Ventana 5 years ago. I was initially very cautious because apparently in the 1980’s Perry Homes didn’t have that great of a reputation. However, this is 2025 & I bought post Covid. For the 5 years I have owned my home, I have had zero problems. Additionally, I have sold several Perry Homes to buyer clients & they have told me they are also very happy. This new Perry Homes model is beautiful. The build quality and energy efficiency are great. We are currently building a Perry Home and with their 6-7 month build time we will be in by the holidays. We can't wait to live in Ventana and enjoy their amenities and community events!

Unlike other builders, Brandi was never pushy. When we first met her, there were no lots that fit our needs. We had been told by several builders that that they would call back when something became available, and she was the only one that did. She has always been trustworthy and done what she said.
