First of all, Brandi is amazing! She is so extremely knowledgeable about Perry’s building process & the Ventana neighborhood. I bought a Perry Homes in Ventana 5 years ago. I was initially very cautious because apparently in the 1980’s Perry Homes didn’t have that great of a reputation. However, this is 2025 & I bought post Covid. For the 5 years I have owned my home, I have had zero problems. Additionally, I have sold several Perry Homes to buyer clients & they have told me they are also very happy. This new Perry Homes model is beautiful. The build quality and energy efficiency are great. We are currently building a Perry Home and with their 6-7 month build time we will be in by the holidays. We can't wait to live in Ventana and enjoy their amenities and community events!

Great community and Perry Homes is a great addition to this neighborhood. Beautifully designed and built home, the sales team is top notch. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gena Dowell, she is on top of things and willing to do everything she can for your clients to get them into their dream home.
I recently moved into a Perry Home and I love it! The quality is excellent and I love the smart home features and energy efficiency. Gena Dowell was great to work with - very knowledgeable and attentive. She went out of her way to follow up with me and check to see if I needed anything.
