Rose was very helpful and picking out just the right size of unit I needed. She was very kind and helpful and all the best ways I would give her more stars if I could. I just got a call back from a kind gentleman from the Perry storage unit. He saw that my account was being worked on and called me to follow up. He helped me so much. There was not a boat moved into my storage unit and the new way to log in to get into my unit it’s been awhile. He suggested I should go check it out and I will. The representative was so patient with me as I had a lot going on in the background. She took her time in explaining the different unit sizes and also sent pictures. I wish more representatives was like her. I come from a field of customer service so I know it can be challenging at times… YAY TO GREAT SERVICE
Perry Storage has always been the best place to go when you need a safe place to store your belongings. Danny did a great job with making the process as easy as possible as well as finding the right unit for me. He also gave me the best price available. He kept me on task without being too pushy. Shadia is also very helpful. You can’t ask for better customer service than that.
This our second time using Perry Storage. They are friendly and quickly responded to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and will ise again if the need arises.
