If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment for today to come in (I had to take UNPAID LEAVE from work, drive all the way to Perryville from Jackson). I explained when I made this appointment that I was a new patient and that I need my prescription refilled. I arrived for my appointment and was asked a few questions (insurance, emergency contact, etc.) As all of my contact information was provided when I made my appointment. Health Care Professionals are Excellent, but office workers have ZERO PEOPLE SKILLS if they lose their job they have. It's factory line work only. Or self employed aluminum industry.
I pay my bill and yes it might be $250.oo but now I can't be seen because I'm broke so just leave your patience in pain trying to figure out what is going on by them selves I have a heart problem and now I'm having other issues that they won't see me!!!
I moved to Missouri 6 years ago i needed a family doctor. My Dr is Dr Mark Schabbing, a very respectful, patient and helpful Dr.
My doctor is excellent, and the nurse practitioner is very friendly and intelligent.
