If you’re looking for results Patrick is the guy for you. He’s been my trainer since July 2021. I would typically miss workouts all the time prior to my working with him. Patrick provides the routine and helps me to stay motivated to complete my training. The money I pay him is so worth it because I actually do the workouts which is something I couldn’t say when working out on my own. I wholly recommend Patrick if you are serious about maintaining and completing your workout schedule.
