My first visit to perspire was great! The private rooms are so spacious, clean, and loved all the amenities. I appreciated being able to adjust the temp in the sauna and the infrared lights felt great on my skin. Perfect activity for an active rest day. I'll definitely be back!
Loved my first visit to perspire! The private infrared sauna suite with red light therapy was so relaxing, finished by a "snow shower". Clean quiet, and I could watch TV the whole time. I've been to other sauna studios, but the staff was friendly
