I signed up with Perspire Sauna before they opened not knowing exactly what to expect. I absolutely love coming here to unwind and relax my muscles. You can watch tv or just listen to relaxing music. It is not like a traditional sauna and you are able to breathe easily. You can definitely adjust the temperature to your liking if you want it hotter. As someone who works out daily, recovery is a non-negotiable for me, and this studio is a game changer. The team here is incredible. They always have my room ready at my preferred temperature. The amenities are top-tier including towel service so I don’t ever have to worry about remembering to bring a towel. I love that the saunas have TVs with Bluetooth sound. Had a great first experience at Perspire. The staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and all of the equipment worked exactly as it should. I used the infrared sauna and really enjoyed the session. The SNO shower was definitely an adventure and surprisingly invigorating after the sauna. Overall, a relaxing and professional experience, and I'll definitely be back.
I signed up before they opened and it was worth of wait . I love this place, it’s very clean which I like the best! I’ve used different rooms and I haven’t experienced any problems. Kiki, the owner and her staff are very welcoming, accommodating and always happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend Perspire Sauna Studio in Del Mar location.
