Great place the sauna was awesome and snow shower was invigorating!
Had a great first experience at Perspire. The staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and all of the equipment worked exactly as it should. I used the infrared sauna and really enjoyed the session. The SNO shower was definitely an adventure and surprisingly invigorating after the sauna. Overall, a relaxing and professional experience, and I'll definitely be back.
Perspire is my oasis. They use Clearlight saunas which are 👌🏻, and offer the halo therapy add on (try it if you haven’t), along with medical grade red light panels and chromotherapy. Towel service with every session which makes a big difference (no laundry day for me). I’ve done cold plunges for a long time and enjoy cold temps- so I have the SNø shower as part of my membership- and I think it can be more challenging than a tub of still cold water (it’s also only :45 seconds so def doable and also much more hygienic). I signed up before they opened and it was worth of wait . I love this place, it’s very clean which I like the best! I’ve used different rooms and I haven’t experienced any problems. Kiki, the owner and her staff are very welcoming, accommodating and always happy to answer any questions. I highly recommend Perspire Sauna Studio in Del Mar location. Please keep up the best service!🫶🏼
I have been going to Perspire in Del Mar for over three weeks and I always feel so much better and always sleep so much better. The staff is always friendly, very attentive and accommodating. OMG I almost forgot about the SNO shower. After getting out of the sauna, being drenched in 45 degree water for 45 seconds is truly exhilarating. I would recommend you go and give the sauna and the SNO shower a try.
