My visits to PERSPIRE have been extremely pleasurable. I find the snow shower to be a great introduction and way to step into contrast therapy. I did have a challenge on my last visit with the snow shower firing at temperature. When I talked to the young lady at the front she said she would investigate and comped me my snow shower for my next visit. I enjoyed my visits overall. My first visit to perspire was great! The private rooms are so spacious, clean, and loved all the amenities. I appreciated being able to adjust the temp in the sauna and the infrared lights felt great on my skin. Perfect activity for an active rest day. I'll definitely be back!

Loved my first visit to perspire! The private infrared sauna suite with red light therapy was so relaxing, finished by a "snow shower". Clean quiet, and I could watch TV the whole time. I've been to other sauna studios, but the staff was friendly
