Have been taking my airedales to Pet Paradise Houston Hobby for over 15 years....they love it, so much that they don't even look back at me as they drag the attendent to the back. I like it, because they do, and feel confident that they are in a safe place.

We have been a customer at Pet Paradise for a while now, but usually at the JFK location as Hobby did not have a groomer for a while! This location recently got a new dog groomer, Jessica, so we switched the Hobby location as they are much closer and gave them a try. I am happy to say that Jessica did a fantastic job with our miniature schnauzer, Franklin, and we are very satisfied! I was hesitant to drop off my dog at a new place but now I can't imagine anyone else taking care of my dog while I travel. Honey had a great time and was so happy. The staff was great and the service was top notch. I highly recommend this place for your pet whether your traveling or your pooch just needs to hang out with some other furries. Even if its not close by its worth it given the quality of the service.

Going on vacation worry free is priceless. We've been taking our airedales to Pet Paradise for over 10 years. They love it. I know they are safe and secure. The indoor/outdoor runs are perfect. We've never been comfortable leaving them somewhere they are simply put in a small cage or crate...this is so much better. They get individual attention. Play groups are carefully supervised. Love this place, and so does my dog. Ruby gets really excited when we pull up. She is a Cairn Terrier, so the pool doesn't mean much to her but she likes the set up with neighbors on both sides.

He was extremely thrilled when he got out. The service was phenomenal and his groom was fantastic. Definitely recommend this place, they have several packages with great prices.

The only place I trust to watch my baby boy when daycare assistance is needed. I am indeed an overprotective mom, so to leave my baby with someone else brings me a lot of anxiety. To have a location that truly cares about your pup the way you do and takes in consideration all your needs, wants, and concerns calms my spirits greatly. The staff is highly professional and my baby is always happy to stay at Pet Paradise. Thank you for making and keeping our family happy always!!

We left our pug there for a week while on vacation.when we picked her up she was happy and good. i recommend this place as it's only 5 minutes to Houston Hobby airport Friendly staff and quick drop off and pickup. A must for travelers who have to leave their furr friends behind while traveling. Awesome!

Love Pet Paradise Hobby Location. Booked March 10-14, 2021 and have used them in the past. Always an easy drop-off and pick-up when flying out. Everyone is very nice, welcoming and make us feel comfortable leaving our fur-baby. I also love their perk system and discounts. Some places will gouge you left and right but Pet Paradise offers a lot of opportunities to save some $.
