We brought our dogs to Doggy Daycare for the first time this week. They were well taken care of. Our dogs had a great time and were very happy!

I love this place! I think my dogs do too :). Staff are always friendly and kind. We have done boarding several times. There are many options when boarding depending how "spoiled" your dog is. Grooming is great too! App is easy to use. Great place that cares about animals! Tripp says hi!

Cooper LOVES going to Pet Paradise, whether it's for boarding, day care, or grooming. The staff is always so friendly & pleasant & accommodating. I love the ease of scheduling any service online. However, they're getting so busy now, it is sometimes hard to get boarding during summer months, so book way in advance. Bri is Cooper's groomer & she always does a fantastic job on him, not too mention, she's pretty efficient. I can drop him off at 8 & he's ready by 11 or 11:30. First off, let me start by saying I had to post this on here instead of Google reviews because my review was deleted within four hours of being posted by this location. I had high hopes for Pet Paradise Day Camp after recently moving and needing a new place for my dog, who has been going to daycare consistently for the past six months with zero issues. Well I have calmed down. I will never leave my baby there again. She was covered in urine and stool when we picked her up. I paid for extra play time and watched the cameras all day and never saw her once, their response was that she was probably in a different yard. The only reason I gave one star is because she was fed. We into talk to manager and showed her pictures and video of my dog. All she did was say was "I am sorry. We are short staffed". Unsafe conditions! Our dog got her "paw stuck" in the kennel door and broke her leg! Don't let this happen to your pet!

I am extremely disappointed in this place. My Fiancé and I had to board our two dogs Oakley and Costa for the weekend 5/13 & 5/14. First, we were told when we checked them in it would cost us $50 something for the first dog and $30 would be the second dog discount. That sounded great! We were NEVER told up front that we would be charged and extra $20 per dog per day to board them because they weren't fixed. Gosh I so wish Yelp had a negative star rating like -5 stars My family have been customers of the vet side of this business for a few years. Brought my healthy happy Aussie doodle for a week boarding, to Pet Paradise, Apparently a run of Kennel cough at facilities. Sm sign in lobby. I picked up a Shivering, sick dog on Saturday. She was groomed 2 days before she went and smelled bad. Collar so tight. She was coughing spitting up mucous. Kennel cough. Our Vet is attached to the facility,I asked them to have her checked. Much like a common cold in humans, canine infectious tracheobronchitis (kennel cough) is airborne and can be contracted anywhere. All our guests at Pet Paradise are required to have a current Bordetella vaccine, but just like the flu shot in humans, the vaccine is not always 100% effective in preventing it.
