Our dog, Coal, has been to daycare and boarding since he was four months old or so. He's now 26 months old. We have not had a problem that wasn't of our own making. Coal was involved in two instances. The first was his losing a baby tooth, yes they all lose baby teeth but it is reported to the owner. The second was around 24 months he was playing and hung a foot in a play set. He yelped for help, soaked up the attention, and moved on. He showed no sign of the incident ever again. Pet Paradise Murfreesboro is amazing! My dogs love coming here for boarding, grooming and daycare! They LOVE playing in the pool, getting all the love from the staff and are always so excited to get into the lobby!

Being new to the area, we were looking for a good place to bring our chocolate lab to socialize and board while we are away. This business just recently opened and we are glad they did. Well managed, CLEAN with camera 24/7 access for your pet. Highly recommend!
Oh my goodness for being a pet resort that just opened. The customer service is the best hands down! 110% recommend everyone to check out this pet resort. They have pet boarding,day camp play, grooming and vet facilities.
My German Shorthaired Pointer has stayed here twice. The first visit was great. The second visit however left me disappointed and not so confident with entrusting my dog to their care. I received a call that her and another dog did not get along so they cancelled her daycare for the rest of the week (she is 7 and has had extensive training and much dog play opportunities without any problems in the past) I think they should have separated her from this other dog instead of confining her to a small cage for a week. I contacted Pet Paradise on Friday (9/06/24) at 11:23AM. No one answered, so I was leaving a voicemail when I saw they were calling me back. The girl I spoke to was very courteous, but said the manager was outside with some dogs and would need to call me back. I let her know that it wasn't a problem and I would be available for the rest of the day. As of 9AM on Monday (9/09/24), I still have not received a return call.
