I had a bit of an oopsie. The bearing failed and my wheel came off at low speed on a Wednesday. A week later I was driving away from Pete Moore Chevy. I thought for sure it'd take longer than expected and I appreciate Margaret keeping me in the loop through every step and she made an effort to get my truck fixed before I had to leave town
Great experience and service! We had our two toddlers with us and the team was extremely accommodating as we shifted car seats to test drive and check fit, brought waters and shared chocolates. We are enjoying our new car! Thank you specifically to Dallas!
