Being a new Resident of Charlotte, I was always skeptical about getting services from New Professional . I had a Wisdom tooth that was over 10 years old that was decaying in my mouth. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Franco yesterday and I was nervous because I waited until adulthood to get them removed. Dr. Franco is personable and extremely efficient! My procedure didn’t even take 30 minutes and the only thing I felt was the IV. I’m on day 2 and feeling great, with a little bit of swelling as to be expected. I can’t thank him enough!
I had an initial appt today with Dr. Franco and he was amazing ! He had great bedside manner and was very thorough in explaining the process of my timeline for jaw surgery. His staff was wonderful as well. Can’t wait to return!
Dr. Franco is very kind, upbeat and caring! He just knew I was super nervous about anything oral maxillofacial or dental and made the procedure go amazingly well. He is very alert, attentive and an expert at what he does! Doctors like this don’t come along everyday. I’m feeling grateful!
I had a wisdom tooth and molar extracted today. Dr. Franco’s assistant Amber helped knock my nerves away. She was very personable and knowledgeable of her job. Dr. Franco was simply amazing. He came in there and got my teeth out in a record making amount of time! It happened so fast, he is kind, witty and a master in his craft. Thank you for this less nerve wracking for me.
