Can’t speak for anyone else’s experience but ours was not good at all especially with Sharon Hill. Our own solicitor asked who she was working for, as it certainly wasn’t for her clients. Despite being told by Peter Greatorex to take our formal complaint to the ombudsman, it turns out that his company isn’t registered with the ombudsman. That should tell you all you need to know.
