Luckily, it was a quiet day at the pet ER, although my rough housing kitties ripped back open a would within minutes of getting home, they took great and quick care of my kittie, both times! Highly recommended here for your emergencies pet needs 😻

Staff is wonderful! I love everyone who works there! It can be busy and a long wait at times (as you might expect from any ER if you have a non-life threatening issue), but they do their best to keep you (and your pet) comfortable and informed until it’s your turn. I’ve been there many times and their care is always exceptional.

Everyone I have encountered tonight has been compassionate and kind. The doctor was knowledgeable and direct while being considerate. They aren't here to make money off of me like some pet ERs. There was no unnecessary testing performed or recommended. We were taken right back when we told them what was going on. My sweet GSD has a long road ahead of her but for now we have some answers, or at least as much as we can know at this time.
Thank you for your care and compassion helping us with our beloved cat Spike. You made a terrible day better with your kindness. We will never forget how nice everyone was.

We rushed our Molly to them in extreme pain. The receptionist was also a nurse and immediately looked at her. The wait time was very short, and the vet was wonderful. They admitted her overnight and ran a bunch of tests, and answered my repeated calls with patience and kindness. They found she had a slipped disc in her back. I picked her up on Sunday, and she was so much better. Unfortunately, she passed away early Thursday morning while we slept. The service is prompt. The place is clean with plenty of staffs. Everyone seems kind and understand my pain. Very expensive. Each day you get a report from a doctor, once in person and once on the telephone early in the morning.

We rushed our 1 year old cockapoo to the pet ER after we noticed her deteriorating really quickly. She was severely hypotensive and her liver values were off the charts. They triaged her right away and long story short she's back to her hyper self within 24 hours. We can't thank the vets and staff enough!

My overall experience was fine -nothing too notable. Not blown away but my pet's case didn't become remarkable until the next day at which point I took her to her vet. They did not push unnecessary testing on me which I wholly respect.
