I took my 11 week old puppy to Pet ER because she was lethargic, acting very sore, and not in control of her bladder. I was charged 170 for a UTI test to be told to go to my vet on Monday, I'm sorry? Isn't that why we came here???? I was also told we were giving her too much water so it was our fault even though we had been giving her limited water access since the peeing began. They misdiagnosed cat charged me $600 for blood work and a X-ray I sat for 5 hours! For them to tell me he will have to be admitted and a 1-2 day stay will cost me 4,200 and that didn't include the feeding tube and he would most likely have to stay long which would put me at 6,000-8,000. All in all I took him to his vet and was told he had a mass in his liver without further testing. The vet I saw for a total of 30min while sitting for 5hours. Very bad experience here. My dog had ingested something and ended up needing emergency care. The doctor told me there was a 25% chance that she would make it out of it and that the prognosis was very poor unless we did the medical treatment that was 4,000$. Even then they couldn't guarantee anything. They told me that by 4 pm they needed to have a decision If we were going to go ahead with the treatment or choose to euthanize. Very unsympathetic and rude. Do not recommend anyone to use this hospital. They are only money driv... read more

The doctor lacked personality and compassion. The test results that were promised to be sent to my vet never made it. I would not return unless there were no other options.

Took my dog there yesterday because he has severe bruising on his chest and legs. Lots of tests and X-rays were done. Still don't have a diagnosis and waiting for tick test which was sent out. Facility was very nice, Dr's and staff were great. $1300 later I don't know what's wrong with my dog. Suggested that if meds don't help I should take him for CT Scans and biopsy at their Columbia location. Waited in room for very long time but Dr was very apologetic.
