First of all, I cannot begin to say how appalled I am at the experience my husband & I had at this facility. And reading some of these positive reviews, I am THOROUGHLY convinced that they had to have been written by the employees who work there. We rushed our dachshund Smitty to Pet ER this past Friday evening. He was having seizures every 10 minutes & at the time of arrival, was having another one. Normally, I don't write bad reviews, but I am so angry at the PetER. I brought my dog in because it was after hours at my regular vet. Her eye was bleeding profusely and there was bruising on her belly. They asked me questions about the problems and yes she previously had a cyst on her eye that was bleeding and yes I had seen her shoot her bottom along the sidewalk. I wanted these to be the easy answers but I am not the doctor. They decided that it was self inflicted and gave her a cone around her neck and sent us on our way... read more

Worst experience ever. Not one ounce of caring or compassion from the doctor we were unfortunately dealt with. My experience there was literally 10 minutes before I took my dog back to my regular vet because of the doctor and her attitude. 15 years in the veterinary field myself I have never seen or heard a doctor treat a client as I and my family were at pet er.
