The first time I worked with Peter was 2011. I was a first time homebuyer. My credit wasn't great. And, part of my past employment included self-employment income. As a first time buyer Peter was very thorough in explaining all the details to me, & I feel the process went very smoothly. While I know things can change before closing day, the estimated cash to close Peter gave me was VERY close to what my actual closing costs were. And there weren't any unpleasant surprises or unexpected costs sprung on me at the last minute either. (Happened to my best friend- & she backed out before closing due to that.) thanks Peter!
