Dr. White and the entire staff were outstanding. Dr. White took the time to answer my questions explain my prognosis and put me at ease that I was receiving excellent care from my primary care physician/cardiologist. I let the office feeling much better. Thank you.
A pleasant enough person during the visit. Said he was going to order a bloodwork for me and an echocardiogram. Echo was ordered but no bloodwork. After five days of not hearing anything, I called the office . Apparently, Dr. Waite did not put through the order for my blood work. The office assistant asked me if I knew the fax number to the quest laboratory that I was going to go to. How would I know that? She finally said “ oh I have it” And sheput through the order for me. Dr White is great. He listens to you, answers your questions, explains test results so you can understand them. He monitors any cardiac problems you may have, and tells you why he is ordering tests. Wonderful doctor.
It's inconvenient for me to drive to Hartford from Somers but I gladly do it because of the good relationship I have with Dr White and his staff. The girls at the counter are always courteous and the Dr and his nurses are always there to answer my questions and explain the answers in terms I can understand.
Great doctor! Dr White Takes time to discuss concerns and clearly explains his answers. The staff is helpful and happy! A pleasure.
