A pleasant enough person during the visit. Said he was going to order a bloodwork for me and an echocardiogram. Echo was ordered but no bloodwork. After five days of not hearing anything, I called the office . Apparently, Dr. Waite did not put through the order for my blood work. The office assistant asked me if I knew the fax number to the quest laboratory that I was going to go to. How would I know that? She finally said “ oh I have it” And sheput through the order for me. It's inconvenient for me to drive to Hartford from Somers but I gladly do it because of the good relationship I have with Dr White and his staff. The girls at the counter are always courteous and the Dr and his nurses are always there to answer my questions and explain the answers in terms I can understand.
