While camping in Newport Beach for Thanksgiving week, I noticed the inside rear dually tire was flat this past Friday. Saturday morning I called Pete’s right at 7:00 am. I spoke to Nick and he got me scheduled. Rick, arrived right around an hour later. Rick removed the flat tire which is only about 5 months old and it had blown out. Good thing Nick suggested sending a new tire with Rick! I thought it was just a bad valve stem. Blew a steer tire and was able to get a new one installed in a fairly short time and back on my way to KY Service tech was very polite and professional Would definitely use them again
I've used Pete's Roadside Service for going 15 years now. Dan, their rep is awesome, the service techs know their stuff and I can get service same day within a few hours. Had a forklift tire pressed here. They had it done for me same day and were very polite. The issue is they quoted me ~2hrs and it took them almost 4. I understand people get busy and guys need their lunch and break time. Just don't overpromise.
Needed 6 tires for my RV, I have a specialized flat tire safety clamp that requires a specialized tool and knowledge to remove and replace. Peats Road Service was the only place that could do it all turnkey. The price was good, the service spectacular and the wait was minimal. In and out in 2 hours
