Due to circumstances which are too long to explain, I had to make, then cancel, then remake this appointment, all in the space of two hours. The people who answered the phones could not have been more patient, more pleasant, or more helpful. As far as the actual visit, I received two calls telling me first that the tech was a bit delayed and secondly, that I was next and he was coming. I was not left wondering where he was.
