This job was cancelled due to constant delays related tothe lack of knowledge of people coordinating the work. A technician came to my house on August 6, 2019, and then a quote was provided with a plan onto how to do the work. After the quote was accepted, the job was scheduled and re-scheduled many times due to absence of proper paperwork. It was also scheduled for December 17, 2019 and technician never showed up. After setting a service appointment over 2 months in advance And taking a day off from work I called to reconfirm arrival time only to be told you wanted to reschedule my service. I waited over 45 minutes to talk to your service manager and he sent the technician. Go figure the tech found things wrong That cost me money. Also heat did not work after he left. Had to call technician back out 9:30pm to fix (2 valves left in wrong position). Totally an very unprofessional experience for a loyal and now disgusted customer.
I was not able to review the service call on 11/19/19 as the technician was only able to evaluate and not repair the boiler as he did not have the all the parts on the truck to remedy the situation. On 11/20/19, the technician was able to complete the service call and I have noticed much better heating in zone 1 of my house.
Tech arrived early and replaced furnace motor. Excessive noise still remains in TV room when furnace activates and shuts down .
This company is the absolute worst company ever! We are returning to Kosco as soon as we can when our contract is up! Good riddance to the worst mistake I ever made!
I have had three different technicians come here to assess a popping noise which I believe is coming from my indirect water heater since July. I have been told various things that could cause it. On one visit the technician heard the noise, but wrote on the report there was no noise. This last visit after running hot water and raising the temperature to make the furnace go on, no noise was heard. Of course after he left again I heard the noise. Ernie found the source of our heating problem and lowered the temperature of the hot water.He went out of his to get some copper pipes and valves and connected to our new furnace.
The service man showed up in a timely fashion explain what had to be done. The job was finished . Told us if any problems to call.
