Had 2 guys over to replace the tank. Did a decent job but one of them broke my handrailing going down the stairs and didnt report it to me. Found it right after they left definitely not cool. Update: got a call from one of the reps and he wanted to send another tech over to repair the handrail. I appreciate the efforts to correct the issue and make it right.

Had a brand new Burham furnace installed, paid way too much for this type of service. I had another company come and inspect. Petro set the efficiency too high so I would burn way too much oil (hoping I'd buy more oil from them). If that's not bad enough, attached are what their installers used as insulation. A ripped up t-shirt and regular insulation. Im lucky my house didn't burn down. Unbelievable how many hacks are out there charging what they do and doing careless and completely unprofessional work!

Colossal waste of money. You guys just charged me over an extra $1.00/Gallon. Complete rip off. Cant believe how bad i have been getting cheated. I hope you go out of business for overcharging customers and your terrible service. Edit: Generic bot response received. How personal.... This company is absolutely the biggest rip off for fuel services.

In the 15 years that I’ve been a client of Petro’s the service has declined precipitously. They will tell you equipment needs to be replaced before they’re within 30 feet of it and the service itself is terrible. Just something to be careful of. Very sad to see because I had some truly great technicians over the years.
