I have mixed feelings right now. Max and Jack have had a great time there. The staff love them and vice versa. However, I have to bring my dogs there at least once a week going forward and I've done a few thousand dollars of business in the past year. Previously I was doing the 10 fur 20(x2) and the rate was reasonable. However, today I was told that promotion ended and I was being offered standard fare rates... Pet suits of Gahanna does a great job, the corporate web site, however, is one of the worst I’ve used, it not intuitive, not user friendly & not easy to use.
