I have been trying to find a groomer who could groom my baby Shayla. My sister recommended Kelsey Perkins. She did an outstanding job going above and beyond. Shayla looks beautiful. The place was immaculate and all the staff were so friendly. I will be going to Kelsey from now on. I’m so excited that I’ve found a perfect place.
From rag(dolls) to riches! I truly can’t express how much I love PetSuites Cordova—and especially Kelsey, who is nothing short of an artist. She’s the only groomer who’s ever made my two senior bichons, Jack and Jill (now 13 years old!), feel and look their absolute best. Our rescue, Scottie, can be fearful of strangers and new indoor environments. The staff at Petsuites are so patient with him each morning at drop-off to let him decompress before they bring him back for daycare, and he has a great time playing with his friends! Very appreciative of everyone there for working with our special guy.
My daughter took her baby Bullie to be groomed today. Once she got home, she noticed that Princess was severely red and swollen in her private area. Immediately, she went back to ask questions and was given nonchalant answers. The solution was an offer for a discount on the next visit. Never saying what happened to her. She took her to her Vet which caused an enormous amount of money for testing. There is a possibility that she was allowed to come in contact with another dog. Just moved here from Charleston SC where we had the best, most loving doggy daycare experience and was really worried about finding a place for my dog here … turns out there was a fantastic facility and staff waiting for us here! PetSuites Cordova welcomed her and helped her transition during a very chaotic time for her! We immediately signed up for a monthly pass! Great location and great care!
