I’ve boarded my dog at this facility several times, but the last two experiences—especially the one ending on September 5—have been deeply disappointing. Instead of genuinely addressing the concerns I raised, Jennifer’s solution was simply to waive some of the fees. That gesture felt dismissive, as if my concerns could be brushed aside with a discount. As we tried to explain to you multiple times, safety is our number one priority at PetSuites and we have very strict policies and procedures to ensure the safety of every guest. Our daily schedule is organized in a way to allow pets to have the most play times, while also maintaining safe feeding guidelines. Typically, our group play runs from 9am-5pm.
