Incredibly clean. Wonderful, caring, professional and terribly engaging staff. So many great ideas for our furry family. Completely impressed with overall facility. And you can view your baby on cameras during the day to be sure they are happy. Used them for puppy preschool on a day that my husband was having surgery so our schedule was uncertain. I cannot say enough about the positive influence Pet Suites has had on our lives. To have a wonderful place like this to drop my baby off on busy days is just amazing and keeps me from having to leave her alone for hours. She not only gets great attention and stimulation, but the staff is unbelievably nurturing to the animals. You would think they are their own pets! Amazing, caring staff. Always vet helpful and informative. Litzy is an amazing groomer. Made my puppy look great. Puppy Preschool is just awesome. I'm going to try the training soon too.

I’ve had not 1 but 3 bad experiences with my dog at a this facility. 1st it was a bad hair cut and I brought her back the next day and there were burns on her, hair cut that I specifically asked them not to and a cut paw from shaving her paw pads.. But I could tell how happy she was with the day care that I let it go and treated her for it at home since she didn’t seam to be in too much pain.
